Barbara Pelt, Senior Auditor
Barbara Pelt has been with Kenmore & Co since 2001. She specializes in rural housing, low-income housing tax credit and HUD compliance audits. Also, she has extensive experience with HUD, low-income housing tax credit and rural development financial audits. In addition to her work experience, Barbara has earned many certifications, including Certified Manager of Housing, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Assisted Housing Manager and Tax Credit Specialist. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida State University. She is also a Licensed Florida Real Estate Associate.
