Chelle Kenmore, President
Chelle has over 30 years experience in real estate accounting. Prior to establishing Kenmore & Company in 1986, Chelle was affiliated with a local firm that specialized in housing and urban development (HUD) audits and cost certifications. She has extensive experience in the multifamily housing industry including HUD audits and cost certifications; section 42 low-income housing audits, cost certifications and carryover allocations; and rural housing audits and cost certifications. Chelle has also prepared numerous real estate related tax returns of partnerships, corporations and non-profit companies. Chelle graduated with honors from Auburn University Montgomery with a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting. She is a member of the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Chelle is licensed in Alabama, Florida and Tennessee as a certified public accountant.
