Glenn McGaughey, Operations Manager
Glenn began his career with ten years in retail management. During that time he served as general manager of a local retail business. In 1998, he went to work with a local management company that specialized in low-income housing tax credit properties. At that company he was responsible for many day-to-day financial operations as well as providing training and assistance to property managers. Glenn also served as a Site Compliance Specialist. Glenn joined Kenmore & Company in 2007 where he is responsible for daily office operations. Because of his experience with housing compliance issues, Glenn also assists in compliance testing. Glenn is also a Licensed Alabama Real Estate Associate.
