Rural Development (RD)
Located within the Rural Development's mission area, the Rural Housing Service (RHS) operates a broad range of programs. One of the programs is the Section 515 Multi-Family Housing program. This program is designed to provide loans to construct, rehabilitate, and repair housing for very low, low and moderate income individuals living in rural areas.
Loans are provided to various borrowers to develop these properties. Most entities receiving rural rental housing loans are subject to annual audits. Our firm provides annual audits to apartment complexes financed under this program.
